I just tried out this new website for photos, etc... I had (previously) photos sent to grandparents directly from this site, but never saw them myself... which now I'm interested as to how they turned out because...
today i got my free photo book in the mail from them. shipping was pretty expensive, but overall, it was still a good deal. I did a very simple thing with the girls' first year pics - one pic per page... nothing elaborate....
so the first thing i notice about my package today? it's from hong kong, and has cleared customs.
wow.
so that's why the shipping was pricey. interesting that international shipping costs were never mentioned (or if they were i missed it)
the quality of the book is ok... i know i'm not SUPER savvy with pics and resolution, etc... but the website itself was also not super easy to use. don't know that i will use it again.
My next project will be a long endeavor. I've found a website (that looks reputable and is easy to use) that turns my blog into a book. Of course, I have to do all the editing and arranging and all those boring things that make my eyeballs hurt... but still... i hope to do a "baby book" for both girls of their first year in blog land (or up to the 1st birthday).... this would be great since i never really did a baby book for them, and while blogs are great, i'd like something concrete and real to have.

I'd love to know what site this is and if yours turns out well. I'd like to do the same thing for Adelle and someday Evie. Thanks!
